We do reserve the right to deny membership. The A.I.P.I.B. only accepts 1 of every 10 who apply for membership. These men and women are the elite bodyguards and investigators of the industry. They have the highest level of training and experience in their field of expertise. Most are current and former federal agents, military special forces, police officers, intelligence officers, and have a background in martial arts or firearms as a training specialist.

For the other 90% we will try to assist them in enhancing their chances for future success as a bodyguard or investigator by providing them with the training tools and resources toward certification in the areas they will need to acheive success.

After completing the requirements, they are provided with full membership status. We will not compromise on quality. Then, after you send the application, you must also follow this up with a resume or profile that includes all of your experience in the field you are specializing in. Include: all of your training, certificates, and a list of 3 professional references. A full description of yourself, and attach a photograph of you for us to download for your profile.

If you are NEW to the industry and have NO experience or training and you have the DESIRE to become a professional in the bodyguard industry, we can help you if you qualify to be trained. You must be at least 20 years old and in excellent physical health and you must maintain your personal appearance to fit into a professional atmosphere. We recommend you maintain a regular fitness program to stay in top condition before and after your training. We will suggest the training school or academy that is nearest to your area and meets our high standards. If there is no school near you, we will tell you where you need to travel to for training. You will be prepared mentally, socially, and physically for the challenge of working in this exciting and dangerous industry.

Your membership will be conditional until completion of the required courses as a Personal Protection Operator and attainment of your CCW permits to carry a firearm within the areas you are willing to accept assignments.
