Supervised numerous criminal and fugitive investigations and task forces involving as many of thirty officers from multiple federal and local police agencies and jurisdictions.

This involves: threat assessment, operational plans, conducting advances, providing physical protection of dignitaries, establishing and maintaining electronic surveillance, counter surveillance, liaison with various law enforcement agencies,

Participated in excess of 1000 fugitive and criminal investigations. Experience with intelligence assessment on Organized Crime task forces, and international fugitives. Conducted background investigations on US Marshal Applicants and analyzed security procedures of contract jail facilities using National Accreditation standards and provisions.
