Objective
My objective is to provide professional and quality training to
all law enforcement and contracted
security personnel.I have 20 years of law enforcement experience
with the New York City Police
Department and 15 full years of experience designing,Developing,Organizing,and
presenting a full range of law enforcement training programs in
the tactical use of firearms this includes safe firearms handling,Firing
techniques,Trigger control and marksmanship,Target recognition and
analysis,Movement techniques,Weapons malfunctions and clearing,Reduced
light/Night
firing,Weapons transition and use of cover,By utilizing diverse
instructional techniques including lectures,Live fire exercises,Simulations,And
role playing to present such courses in a safe
learning environment. Also i was involved extensively in the training
of the NYPD Emergency Service personnel in the tactical use of special
weapons and tactics. I've also spent two years contracted in Afghanistan
for Dyncorp International as a Senior police instructor and Director
of training for Afghanistans Drug Eradication Police Force.During
this period i also served as Site Manager of the Afghan Eradication
Force Base Camp. Supervising daily operations and
assigned staff.
